wow can you believe it... i cant time is flying by...
i am feeling way better to day i have had two body work sessions as i had woken up with a migrain head ache and a shooting neck ache... i took a gravel and two advils and its seemed to do the thing... i even was able to take part in class today!! and im all caught up! during my session today though iwas a little nervice to lie on the bed as i had a bad neck menlha conviced me to get on and that she woudl work on me.. mean while beth was loooking for a partner and as i was not realy participating i wasnt sure what to do in the end menlha said she would work on my neck and start off and that beth could jump in when i felt comfertable.. well this turned out to be quite the session.. as well menlha was working on me beth asked " so does it ever through off the balence when two ppl work to gether ?" menlha said well it can but if they two ppl know each other energy it can be a good thing.. menlha then aske why she had asked this question and beth said well i feel like i need to hold her feet! menlha gave the ok so menlha worked on my sholder and beth held the energy at the bottem of my feet.. i started to get a lump in my throte feeling like emotions were about to arise but knowing me i was going to do every thing to hold that back... well all of a sudden i felt my feet vibrate like energy was being vibrated out of my toes .. and my lup started to leave me before we knew it beth was crying my tears ... she couldnt stop and felts this over whelming emotion... it was wild.. as soon as she stoped holding my feet though the lump came back into my throte ... it was a mazing ... both of us ended up being emotional and beth needed to ground her self ... menlha had sugested us to take a walk to the mud bath and stick are feet in there as the mud will stop all vibrations and ground you back into place .. this is like when you hug a tree you become more grounded.. as we stood there in the mud holding our peepa (cocanut with the water still in it and sipping out of a straw) we started to laugh about how this is so not a vancouver moment... and where wlts in the world woudl you be grounding you self holding a cocanut and drinking peepa out of a straw...?
after our after noon class and our emotional roller coster ride i decided to have a nap ... i sleft for 2 hours and woke up right on time to answer my moms akype call... after i chatted for a while Nancy a teachers wife came in to check on me she decided she had time for a session...she did some cranial work on me it was amazing she channels spirits and sings .. it was so cool... yeah yeah you guys are thinking by now wtf... you bunch of hippies ha ha ha ... maybe so but its making me feel good !! after our session nancy gave me her scarf she said the the natives give some thing when a person is going through change and that she could see this in me she gave me this beautiful scarf in pinks creams and corals ...
after dinner and 7-9 class I finaly baught some FUDGE!!! mmm mmm mmm I have been waiting for this since the end of my cleanse !!! omg i felt like i dead and went to heven it was so what i needed after a long day i took 4 spoons opened my glass bottle of fudge that i pulled form the fridge and enjoyed it with fellow class mates!! we all just kept digging in with our spoons we all devoured till it was half gone then i had to put it away... this fudge is not just crap its organic!! i will try and bring some home with me !! its amazing !!! as beth and i then made our way down to our cabana to cap off the night with blogging... yes were both blogging beth pointed out the moon witch i realy have not yet looked at !! well i donno if you guys know this but !!! the moon in costa rica is very different then vancouver you know how we have half a moon and it looks like this ?... "(" or can look like this ... ")" well there is like this "U"i donno if you get what im saying but our moon in van is half full on one side as here in costa rica its half full on the bottom!! and grows upwards!! how strange is that!!
I just tryed to go out and take a picture of the MOON but... seems it decided to hide on me as i can see all the starts but no moon... i even tryed each corner or the property but nothing so another time ill try and take a picture!!
for now i think it is time to say good night as i took a gravel earlyer today and have not yet been able to sleep it off as i had to go take part in class...
