wow let me just say today has been so event full.. lol
soo i woke up this morning thinking I was going to have to do the dreded liver cleans that make syou drink ebsn salt sand a glass of oliv oil and grape fruite juice this opens up your liver and squeezes out all the bad stuff so literaly ou are up all night sick to your stomach with diarea and throwing up but because i have another week still that im going to be doing menla wants me to wait and do it next week after my second week of cleansing!! whoo hoo is what i was thinking off the hook .. well i donno if this is mental or what but just a minute ago ... befroe i started thsi blog ... some thing happened sorry gonna get a little graphic but since we are along drinking liquids we get vary gassy to i tryed to let one rip as i am in my own cabina ... well I.... I pooped my self.. lol.. in sorry mom your green yoga pants you lent me ha ha ha ... omg so i thought at first umm what just happend i didnt fart then i stood up and umm yeah not good lol... so i donno if my body is just folowing what every one elts is doing but shit literaly ha ha ha ..
ok so back to my day ha ha ha it actauly was amazing !! it started out with going to this beach called fishermens cove ts so beautiful!! and no one was there just the 6 of us that went as a group!! we swam in the light blue water for 3 hours and i got my first tan lines here !!
after the beach the hole group of us thats 18 of us went to another beach at 5pm to watch the sun set it was amazing. its called the black beach not because there are black people but because its black sand ;) the photos today have been unreal im just having a issue trying to up lead them !
so as soon as i can you will get to see them!
so excited to show all of you .. any ways i have to run as i have got something going on here to deal with ...
