wow what a night i have had!!
as i was expecting i was as sick as a dog.. i took my oil and juice at 10pm i was feeling ok lay on my right side and fell asleep well at 145 i woke up with diarea and throwng up . it was offel i donno if any of you have ever done this the diarea was a cake ... bu the throwing up was some thing i never wanna expieriance again! the oil had clumped and condenced and this is what i was throwin up all night so after 1:45 i woke up at 345 then 5am ... it was bad!!!
i had to get up at 6 am and drink my second last ebson salt it seemed to settle my stomach a little more but still have the taste of oil even after i have brushed.
at 8 am i take another ebson salt and then at 9 i colema this shit out ! THANK GOD!
I REALLY REALLY CAINT WAIT!!
then cleansing will be done and i can eat!! whoo hoo!!
