well its 11am and im still in bed i have 4 layers of shirts on a pair of pants a scarf and three blankets covering me... menlha as just left my cabana as she came to see how i was doing... she has given me keefer and some water and will be bringing me a smoothie for lunch with papya...
menlha thinks that with my cleansing and my body work i am giving and recieving now that this is bringing up all my emotional baggage and that it is good that im getting it out.. she also said that usualy you are in the city and dont have ime for your self and o see who you realy are so now that you can do this its over whelming..
i was greatful to hear that i shouldnt be worring about the course as she knows i can catch up and at this time i just need to get better as you can see in the picture i have my little clock next to my bed and every time there is class i walk up and try and attend but so far i havent made it very long... beth also this morning when she came to check on me and took the clock as she knew i was watching it.. i am so lucky to have ppl around liek this.. well just got a knokc on my door time for a cranial session with joan..
