wow thsi week went by soo fast !! its was amazing i dont think i got as much out as others but its been a eye opener! i am so hungery tonight and still my tummy aint up to par... but ill just keep working thorugh it. today was my last day with my group!! we went to town called nosara its a cool little surf toen we watched james take a surf lession while us girls checked out all the boys! then we did a bit of shopping with the locals! to get to nosara we had to drive through a big river its a little intense just because the river hights change are we are driving in small suv's . so the water could come up over the engine i did take some photos!! and will try and post them tomorrow .
for my next week cleans starting on sat we will have three of us staying and the rest will be all new! im very excited to meet more new ppl as this group has been alot of fun!
menlha nd quen the fasilitators couldnt belive how much we all did this week as usualy ppl doing the cleanses dont have much energy .. but we were all sun worshippers!
nayways it is bed time for me 9pm here sleep tight xox ...
