today i saw my first monkey!!

Hi guys !!!

well life in costa rica is treating me very well !!! even though i do have my ups and down's .. last night i got a canker on my right side of my toung this is connected to my liver as you all know i will be doing a liver cleans on friday this will be very gruling as we will have to drink oliv oil and grape fruit juice then lie on your right sides for a hour until the liver opens up.. so my canker just means that things are miving through already in my liver... so this is good !! im sure i will have a rough night as drinking and carbs are all connected to the liver!

this group here this week is amazing its been so much fun and every one is way more active each day i have been going for 2 hr walks!! and i am loosing wieght very fast this week you can tell in my face and on my love handles!! every one has been comenting...

today i walked to the black sand beach this is the beach where i went to last week to watch the sun set.. its so much fun you can boogie board as the beach is very shallow and the waves just roll...the only thing is the black sand makes you very hot and walking back after you are tierd of being in the sun is hard.

at 3pm we have another drink ... no surprise and as every one started to gether we relized we think they forgot about us !! so i got into work mode!! i made every ones 3pm drinks after i had served them up menlha showed up saying i was her angel and that time got away on her. geesh i may as wel be running this place!

after our drinks my friend carmencita who has been here since the first week told me she was going to teach me to salsa !! so we put on loud salsa music in the yoga hall as you all have seen it is very big and we started to dance she laughed to hard and i couldnt stop free styling and swaying lol .. lets just say it didnt go to well as i thought my moves were better!! as i turned around to walk away though i saw a monkey sitting in a tree top just off the yoga hall!! it was amazing then all of a sudden there were 5 not only 5 but a baby as well !!! they were so cool and they kept looking at us thike we were crazy lol we ended up calling evry one up too see them they stuck around for baout 1/2 a hour. this was very exciting !! as they usualy dont come that close !
