today i felt like i got all my moves down i even did a study session today with Elnore where we practiced joint release ... it was great ... i really feel like i am going to start doing extra practice as it will only make me more confident and smoother...
tomorrow i work with Nadia again.. i donno how its going to go she has such a strong personality.. im finding it very hard to confront her but know i have to so make sure we are on the same page... and to feel comfortable and confident again! we will be doing 1.5 hour sessions on each other this will be session 2 with her and i will be doing side moves on her.. i just hope she will be strait forward with me and say what is on her mind during out session rather then in circle with every one. as i would never pull a move like that and found it really hard to take.
today was Elnore actual birthday Casey made raw cakes for here they were raw vegetarian cheese cakes they were amazing!! mmmm one chocolate and one black current!! mmm mmm mm I still cant get over the party that was thrown for her last night.. so amazing! a party non of us will ever forget.
well anyways that was my day in a nut shell hope you all had a great day too ...
