befroe class though since we are getting into deep tissue we all had to cut and file our nails down ... i did this on my back patio of my room before class... as i got up to get the broom to sweep away my nails on the group ... two little ants came and stole a nail ... who knows what they were going to do with it but i got a great photo and all i could hear in my headwas the ants go marching two by two huraw huraw .. the ants go marching two by two huraw huraw ... the little one stopped to pick up a nail ... lol and so on...
as class started i got paired up with thomas time it was a greart session ... !! after class i headed off to nosara again as my gf was gonna go do a bit more shopping... there is this clothing line called NABURK its so cool great yoga grear and every day funks wear ... any ways the girl hand makes it here in nosara she is young and every funkey and ... guess what she has her stuff in a store in vancouver ... but way more expencive in van .. the store is on west fourth in van. anyways i gto her card and she got my e mail and will be e mailing me her look book!! if any one elts is interested let me know and maybe i can grab you some stuff as i think it is great to help out local ppl here in costa rica! and the slothing as i say is so trendy and stylish i love it!
we came home and had a healthy dinner and partnered up again to finish off our deep tissue lession 1 ...
and well thats about it now is bed time ....
lol... strait to the point!! ha ha ha
